Me

Emma is a Melbourne based Costume Maker, Tailor and Artist. 

​

  Inspired by art with function, Emma specialises in bespoke garments, emphasising precision and attention to detail. She delights in collaborating and producing works that serve as physically worn costume items as well as narrative tools. 

  Her Victorian College of the Arts production credits include The Spook (Theatre 2021), Inter-Disciplinary Dance (Dance 2021), Earthquakes in London (Theatre 2020), End of year Dance (Dance 2020) and Mad Forest (Theatre 2019). 

  Outside of the VCA, Emma has worked on Snow and Rose with Spark Productions and has millinery experience with Kim Fletcher Millinery. In 2021 Emma completed an internship with The Australian Ballet Costume Department and in 2020 attended a mask-making masterclass run by world-renowned artist Ida Bagnus Anom in Ubud, Bali.
